Everyday newspapers bring to light stories of people around the country. Some of these stories send shivers down the spine, while some generate awareness and encourage masses to take a stance against social injustice. Kagojer Manush, a TV series currently running on RTV Bangla focusses on news media.
Each episode of the serial narrates a different story and is based on news and opinions published in readers' columns and editorials. Some of the stories highlight the life and times of noted journalists as well. The episode to be telecasted tonight is titled Tonk Protha and features Raisul Islam Asad and others in major roles. Kagojer Manush is written by Ashrafi Mithu and Mahbub Hasan Jyoti. Ashrafi Mithu is director of the serial.
